Where I would get tired, I noticed I could push pass it. It is not a crazy change, but there is a difference performance wise. I say it is worth a try. I used one to two pills a day.

I somehow overlooked that this product contains unspecified "fish oil." I usually am better at reading ingredients than this. I am particular about the sources of my fish oil bc they generally contain high levels of heavy metals. I requested more info about this fish oil source and any 3rd party heavy metal testing available from the manufacturer but have yet to receive a reply. The product itself has a strong fishy odor, and I have broken out since beginning to take it. I don't mind the break-out itself so much because it could just be the body purging. The unspecified fish source concerns me though, and I am returning the product.
